Grocery/Cashier Clerks also includes e-commerce personal shopping. Responsibilities include fulfilling customer orders by reviewing orders, locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise. Ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up, making appropriate product substitutions and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service. Stock, rotate and replenish merchandise and ensure highest quality standards are met. Process deliveries, breaking load down onto stock carts or U-Boats, and transferring to sales floor. Maintain clean work areas by consolidating and organizing product.
